# Two million and (still) counting!

It happened! 🙂 After reaching [one million downloads](https://tablepress.org/one-million-and-counting/?output_format=md)
in August of 2015, TablePress crossed the **two million** mark this week!

TablePress reached 2 million downloads from the WordPress plugin directory.

That’s just a good week before the 8 year anniversary of WP-Table Reloaded, the 
initial (but now outdated) version of TablePress, being added to the official WordPress
Plugin Directory.

With over 500,000 active installations, TablePress is a popular plugin for many 
users, and I’m very grateful for every single one of them. Special thanks go out
to all users who have shown their appreciation with a [donation](https://tablepress.org/donate/?output_format=md)
for a cup of coffee (or even dinner) or a book from my wish list. Without all of
you, I would not be able to invest big chunks of my free time into support and development
for TablePress. Thanks for your continued support over the years!
